Outside Description

A path from the back door at the rear of the kitchen leads up into the garden, which is a slightly sloping lawned area, and large picnic table at the top on a paved patio.

Downstairs Description

The front door opens into a hallway with a double bedroom on each side, one with en-suite shower room, and there is a further toilet with hand basin off the hall too.

First Floor Description

Upstairs is the main living area, the large sitting room has sliding doors onto a balcony with views over the surrounding countryside, and a further sliding door to the rear which opens onto a small patio area, and access to the garden. The large kitchen with dining table and adjoining utility area is also upstairs, as is the family bathroom, comprised of bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin. There is a third bedroom upstairs, which has twin beds and a cot.
