Outside Description

Oare Manor Cottage is approached via it's own private drive, which is gated from the road. The large garden surrounds the property and the patio area to the side is complete with a picnic bench and barbecue - a lovely spot relax and enjoy the afternoon sun! There is also a small ornamental fish pond at the end of the patio area, the sides are raised but please note that children must be supervised at all times.

Downstairs Description

Downstairs there is is a large sitting room, with huge inglenook fireplace with wood-burner. The breakfast room leads into the kitchen, which is well equipped and has an adjoining utility. The main dining area is in the conservatory, the large oak table can comfortably seat 8 guests. There is one downstairs bedroom which has a double bed, and a shower room comprising, toilet hand basin and shower unit.

First Floor Description

Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms, one super-king-sized bed, one double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The upstairs bathroom has a bath and hand basin, and a separate toilet.

Bed linen, luxury towels and bath robes are provided. Heating and electricity are included. The cottage is fitted with oil-fired central heating throughout.

Windows Views Description

The views are all of the surrounding gardens and the countryside beyond.

Other Notes

Please note, there is no mobile signal at the cottage - or in the valley at all. Free wifi is included in the price of the accommodation.
