Outside Description

The patio to the rear of the property is enclosed by a wall, fencing and a five-bar gate, an adventurous dog could probably get out.

Downstairs Description

The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen and sitting room. One bedroom with a king size bed and its own bathroom (bath and separate shower) leads off this. The centre piece of the living room is a spiral staircase that leads up to a mezzanine area!

The kitchen has an electric cooker, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. The living area has a TV with DVD player and a wood burning stove. Logs are included for free. The cottage also benefits from oil-fired central heating throughout.

which has two single beds and an en-suite comprising a toilet and bath.

Other Notes

Due to the spiral staircase and mezzanine area, this cottage is not suitable for small children.
