Accessed from the kitchen, the rear yard is a small, enclosed and private space housing a small white wrought iron table and 4 chairs. Perfect for a pre-dinner aperitif or some quiet space in a morning to read a book.

Parking Due to the position of Copperfield House, there is no dedicated parking and all parking is on-street. Howick Street has no parking restrictions or permit-policies in place.

Downstairs Description

The kitchen is compact yet extremely well equipped to cook up a storm! With a large window looking out to the enclosed, private yard.

The back door opens out to the small enclosed patio yard, complete with pretty fairy lights and a traditional white iron table to seat 4. Ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or late afternoon G&T in warmer weather.

The dining room sits at the front of the house and has a formal yet cosy ambiance.

Also traditionally sitting at the front of the house, the lounge houses the same feature stone inglenook fireplace with a beautiful ornate wood burning stove.

First Floor Description

Main Bedroom This bedroom contains a wrought-iron king size bed (5ft wide).

Second Bedroom Large sash window, allowing natural daylight to flood the room. Containing 2 full-size single beds (3ft wide)

Third Bedroom/Snug This compact room contains a single bed, tallboy and wall-mounted Smart TV.

Containing arguably one of the best features of the house, the family bathroom contains a stunning copper plunge bath, making long, indulgent soaks a difficult temptation to resist.
