All on one floor the Cart House has a fabulous open plan living area, you enter into the sitting room with 3 large squashy sofas around the wood burner and larger screen TV. All along one wall there are large windows looking out over the paddock and the Yorkshire Wolds beyond. There is also a large dining table and finally a stunning kitchen with granite tops. Fully fitted the kitchen opens out onto your private garden.

There are two bedrooms, the first is a superking with ensuite wet room and the second can be either twin or extra king with a full ensuite bathroom and room for a put up bed for a child (extra charge).

All heated by Ground source heat pump and with a lovely wood burner.
