Approach along your own private, tree-lined drive and park beside a sheltered, south-facing patio and a large secluded garden with beautiful country views beyond. Enjoy the bbq and fire pit ball with fuel provided.

You can explore our beautiful country surroundings on foot or by using the high-quality Electric and mountain/country lane bicycles we provide free with this cottage. There are abundant quiet country lanes and tracks to walk or cycle starting directly from The Retreat.

Downstairs Description

Enter the Retreat through oak glass doors into a stunning, light, designer living kitchen looking inwards through full-height glass to your own private indoor Swimming-Spa pool with adjustable current and twin Jacuzzi's. A wet room with shower and WC leads off the pool area.

This truly unique property, which exudes first class design and craftsmanship, also has an up to date sound system, with wall and ceiling speakers throughout every room - all pair-able with phone, internet and cd. Large screen TVs in the bedroom, lounge and living kitchen. The cottage is fully centrally heated and double glazed.

First Floor Description

Upstairs, find more peace and calm in a spacious and open oak-floored lounge, a former hayloft all open into the roof beams, with a fireplace and beautiful hillside views, that internally overlooks the spa pool! The oversize bedroom has a super-king bed and luxury en-suite with a double-ended bath and rain-shower wet room. A duvet and pillow menu are included.
