Outside Description

The south-facing patio garden is surprisingly private, with established greenery providing a natural screening from the path and roadside. The patio houses a table and 4 chairs.

Private parking for 1 car to the rear of the cottage, off-road. Access into the cottage is either at the front or rear. Additional cars can be parked on the roadside at the front.

Downstairs Description

The lounge is framed by a huge original stone inglenook fireplace which houses a wood burning stove (with initial supply of wood provided between October and April). The large window lets in lots of natural light and overlooks the pretty patio area to the front, with tall bushes surrounding it so it’s surprisingly private.

he small kitchen has been beautifully renovated, containing an electric fan oven, 4-ring induction hob.

Fully tiled shower with large shower cubicle (small step up), rainfall shower head and additional attachment.

First Floor Description

King size bed (5ft wide), dressing table with mirror above, chest of drawers, feature hanging rail, shoe rack and south facing windows looking out to the front of the property. Anti-allergy bedding provided and fluffy towels.

Two single beds (each 3ft wide) – not able to be converted.

Dogs Welcome: 1 well-behaved small dog (no bigger than a Spaniel) is welcome for a charge of £20.
