Outside Description

Enjoy use of a private landscaped rear garden with lawn and paved areas. A highlight is the protected wildlife pond with stream and waterfall. A lovely place to sit and relax outdoors, with a table and chairs for 4 people. There is a bird table and feeders as well as a bird box for Blue-tits etc. A charcoal BBQ is provided for summer months and there is a useful drying rail for wet suits and storage space for surfboards.

Downstairs Description

A bright and airy dual aspect room with a French door leading to the patio and access to the rest of the garden.

The vibrant 4-seater sofa is a top quality sofa bed, and so this room doubles as a second bedroom - with a single wardrobe and chest to store your belongings. There is the added luxury of underfloor heating too!

Ground floor double bedroom with a bay window and lovely view to fields and the distant hills beyond Moor Lane.

The modern bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC with slow close lid, chrome heated towel rail, wash basin, mirror and shaver socket. The tiled floor is lovely and warm in winter months with underfloor heating.

First Floor Description

Located on the first floor, the kitchen/dining room has a stylish red and white theme. There are pleasant rural views from the sink - towards the fields and hills beyond Moor Lane. Appliances include a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, electric hob, microwave, 4-slice toaster, kettle, as well as all essential kitchen utensils, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and recycling bins.
