Outside Description

The beautiful garden features a grassy area with outdoor seating, a log store, and a shed stocked with games. The garden area is enclosed but is not fully secure. Please note, access through the driveway of Riverside House is required for neighbours at numbers 2 and number 3 to reach their refuse bins which is required at all times.

Downstairs Description

The lounge area is generously sized and offers a cosy wood burner that requires kiln-dried logs. It’s furnished with a three-seater and two-seater sofa.

The kitchen is warm and inviting with underfloor heating throughout and comes fully equipped with modern appliances, including a built-in electric oven, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, full-size dishwasher.

The spacious dining room features a large six-seater tabl.

The utility room, conveniently located with a back door providing access to the property’s parking area and garden, is equipped with a washing machine.

First Floor Description

The primary bedroom, situated at the rear of the property with peaceful views of the garden with a Juliet balcony . The en-suite features a generous walk-in shower.

The second bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a superking bed as default, however upon request can be converted to twin single beds

The third bedroom, located at the front of the house, boasts stunning views of the River Coquet.

The spacious family bathroom offers a shower-over-bath setup with a rainfall showerhead and a separate handheld attachment.

Dogs Welcome: Two small/medium sized dogs no bigger than a Labrador or one large dog are welcome at Riverside House for a small charge of £20 per dog
