Outside Description

Balcony and Immediate Area The furnished west-facing balcony makes the most of the incredible sunsets we have here in Northumberland, with the silhouette of Warkworth Castle and the sunset reflection on the Coquet Estuary looking like it’s on fire sometimes. Breakwater is located in a lovely development of luxury apartments in the heart of Amble harbour.

Downstairs Description

Open Plan Living Space The whole of the living space is open plan to benefit from the amazing view from the huge floor to ceiling windows with glass sliding doors.

The dining table seats 4 and the kitchen area is very spacious, with a lower ceramic hob and work surface for those in a wheelchair.

The master bedroom has a king size bed (5ft wide) and an en suite shower room with a walk in shower,. The best feature of this bedroom is the tall windows on either side of the bed, so you can open your eyes in the morning to stunning coastal views.

The bunk bed room is also spacious with a huge window letting in plenty of natural light. The bottom bunk has a double size bed (4ft 6″ wide) suitable for 1 person or a couple, and the top bunk has a single size bed (3ft wide).

Family Bathroom The second bathroom which is to be used for guests staying in the bunk room, is incredibly spacious.

Other Notes

There is a private parking space for one car, located opposite the entrance to the apartment block. Further shared guest parking is also available within yards. The storage lockup is located on the ground floor of the apartment block and sporting equipment can be securely stored here.
