Outside Description

There is a gravelled area in front of the house which overlooks Surf Snowdonia that guests have the use of.

Downstairs Description

One twin bedroom with views over the valley and an ensuite shower room.

First Floor Description

Two Bedrooms. One upstairs double bedroom with views over the valley and an ensuite bathroom.

Second Floor Description

Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and granite worktops. There is a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, electric oven and hob.

Sitting Room: Comfortable seating for all guests, Large TV with freeview and open plan.

Dining: Open plan dining area with kitchen and sitting area. Seating for 8 guests.

Utility Room: Washing machine is located in a separate room from the kitchen.

Other Notes

The house is next door to a tiny chapel which still occasionally has services. At last count the congregation was 15! The space in front of the house can from time to time be used by people parking to go the the church. This is very rare!
