Downstairs Description
The modern, attractive, well equipped separate kitchen has a small dining table where you can sit and eat.
There is a cooker, hob, extractor fan, fridge, freezer, dishwasher & microwave. The dinner service is white Royal Worcester bone china.
The bathroom is on the ground floor with a shower, wash basin and toilet. There is a shaver point, heated towel rail and a storage cupboard. The washing machine and tumble drier are here too.
First Floor Description
The main bedroom has a double bed whilst the second bedroom has a single bed. Both rooms are light and bright with plenty of storage facilities.
Admire the hand painted bedside cabinets and original Victorian fireplace in the main bedroom.
Other Notes
There is unrestricted parking in the street outside & also in the car park of a nearby quiet pub.
Child Friendly: There is a travel cot and booster chair. However smaller children do need to be supervised in the back garden. Although it is fenced there is a steep bank behind the fence leading down to a mill stream. You should also be aware that the stairs are fairly
