Outside Description

There is outdoor space both at the front and back of the house, each complete with table and chairs, so you can chase the sun depending on the time of day and enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon tea al fresco.

Downstairs Description

The large living room on the ground floor is laid out in two areas. The sitting area at the front has two sofas, additional seating and a Smart TV with streaming options plus terrestrial channels. At at the rear there is a dining area which can comfortably seat at least eight guests, plus a small further table seating four, and a second Smart TV so you can still watch your favourite streaming channel while playing a board game or tabletop football.

Several steps down from the hall you will find the separate kitchen, equipped with a full range gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. A table seats six, making this a great breakout option for coffee and a chat.

First Floor Description

On the first (middle) floor there are two double ensuite bedrooms, plus a separate family bathroom with a bath and shower over. The largest bedroom on this floor, set at the front, has fabulous sea views and is the one everyone will be fighting over, despite it not having an ensuite! This room boasts a super-king bed, plus a day-bed and a sofa that can each convert to child beds – making it possible to sleep a family of four.

Second Floor Description

On the top floor, there are a further three bedrooms – two set up as twins, and a king at the front with an ensuite, and those all important sea views.
