Outside Description

The house and garden are child friendly, the garden is accessed via steps from the veranda to the patio, perfect for an al fresco breakfast, there are sloped grass banks and steps to the lower lawns it is fenced all round to ensure safety. There is a BBQ and garden furniture is provided for outdoor living.

Downstairs Description

Large fully equipped bespoke kitchen dinner with range master electric cooker and dishwasher and all you could need to cook up a wonder meal, utility room with washing machine and storage of garden toys. Spacious lounge comfortable sofas and chairs, 48 " flat screen tv, smart blue ray player, plenty of dvds and board games, log burner with free wood. French doors from the lounge lead to the verander and then the garden. There are 2 downstairs bedrooms, a double ensuite with shower and toilet and a twin bedroom. There is also a family bathroom which makes the downstairs perfect for those with restricted mobility.

First Floor Description

The master bedroom has a superking zip and link bed ensuite bathroom double bedroom, a twin room and a family shower room
