Outside Description

Outside a locked outhouse houses the washing facilities, plus has space for bike storage. You'll also be able to enjoy a shared rear garden and there is furniture in the outhouse you can put out when the weather is kind.

Downstairs Description

The front door of this picturesque country cottage opens into a small lobby where you can kick off your muddy boots after a day walking in the glorious South Downs.

Walk through into a cosy lounge where you can relax on a two-seater sofa or one of two armchairs in front of a smart TV and flame effect gas stove fire. Or have a read of one of the books on offer.

This floor also has the dining kitchen, with table to seat four, oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, plus cooking utensils

First Floor Description

Upstairs are two double bedrooms. The master has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, a large chest of drawers, dressing table and a built in wardrobe.

The second bedroom is smaller - still with a double bed, but only furnished with bedside tables and lamps, so you may need to share the storage.

This floor also has the shower room, complete with toilet and sink

Other Notes

There are steps up to the front door, plus a flight of interior stairs, so this wouldn't suit someone with serious mobility is
