Pendennis nestles in a private valley set off a quiet lane on Eaton Manor Country Estate - a unique hideaway between the rolling Shropshire Hills and the beautiful Wenlock Edge, providing the ultimate in rural retreats. Here, you really can wake up to the peaceful sounds of birdsong and rustling leaves, then open your door onto our 500 acre estate which includes idyllic pasture and beautiful woodland, perfect for an afternoon spent exploring.

Pendennis is Five Star, accessible for assisted wheelchair users, and has 6 bright and airy ground floor bedrooms sleeping up to 10.

There is a spacious modern kitchen which opens to the large dining room, seating up to 12.

The beautifully appointed conservatory sitting room has commanding views over the valley and hills.

The six beautifully appointed bedrooms have various setups available: - Two bedrooms are suitable for assisted wheelchair users and have the flexibility to be set up with a super king bed or twin beds. They each have an accessible en suite wet room with a bath and shower. - Two bedrooms have super king beds and en suite shower rooms. - Two bedrooms are singles, one with an allocated bathroom and one with an allocated shower room.

With private parking for over 8 cars and the adjacent shared swimming pool, Pendennis is a wonderful home for your holiday.

Pendennis has been graded by the National Accessible Scheme as Mobility 1 and is therefore suitable for those with reduced mobility. It is currently awaiting re-grading to become Mobility 3 (suitable for assisted wheelchair users).
