Outside Description

The small rear garden is a welcome place to escape for a breath of fresh air (or for smokers). However the beach itself is within 5 minutes walk!

Downstairs Description

There is a small front garden leading to the terraced property.

Inside you are in a spacious hallway with the main lounge immediately to the right. This lounge has two large sofas, various chairs and a big TV.

The second lounge is to the end of the hallway, with windows overlooking the rear garden and more comfy sofas (one of which converts to a sofabed to make this a ninth bedroom).

A door to the right of the hallway leads to a dining room with large square table, and then on to the kitchen. There are two dishwashers, plus two fridges (important with groups) and a washing machine, plus general cooking facilities.

A door from the kitchen leads to the small rear garden area.

First Floor Description

On the first floor is a fixed double bedroom, a fixed single bedroom, plus two larger bedrooms that can be set up as kingsize or twins. This floor has a separate WC, plus a full bathroom with a bath, separate shower, sink and toilet.

Second Floor Description

The second floor has the same bedroom set up - a single, a double and two large flexible bedrooms that can be kingsize or twin. This floor has a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, plus an additional standalone shower.

Some of the bedrooms also have sinks.

Other Notes

The property is set over three floors and doesn't have a lift, so stairs are involved.
