Outside Description

The enclosed courtyard leads to the pool room (with additional shower room and wc) opening to the outdoor heated swimming pool. The pool room also houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is also to the tennis court at Kings Manor.

Downstairs Description

On the ground floor there is a large farmhouse kitchen/dining room with open fireplace, double oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, fully equipped for 12 people.

Spacious sitting room with TV/DVD/music system and well stocked library and games store. There is also one double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a separate downstairs cloakroom/WC.

First Floor Description

On the first floor there is: a Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom including bath and shower; a twin room; a large family bedroom with twin beds and full sized bunk beds tucked in an alcove; a large family bathroom.

Windows Views Description

The view from the master and family bedroom, looks out onto lawns, a lilly pond and the river Yar Estuary.

Farm Experience: The farm surrounds the River Yar Estuary and is served by the Freshwater to Yarmouth footpath, a very popular walk particularly in the summer months, with its spectacular views over the estuary and across to the down-land and countryside of the West Wight
Bring Your Horse: If you wish to bring your horse or pony with you we are able to offer a number of DIY horse and pony liveries in our stables and paddocks at Kings Manor.
