Outside Description

The private garden is accessed via a glazed door from the downstairs hallway, This area is enclosed, therefore suitable for children and dogs under supervision. There is a table and chairs on the paved patio area, and a lovely lawn, bordered by pretty shrubs. There is also a balcony upstairs looking out to the Cheviot Hills with a table and chairs.

Downstairs Description

Master Bedroom A beautifully decorated and furnished room with a king size bed (5ft wide). Large windows with a countryside view. Complimentary use of luxury bathrobes for adult guests.

Twin/Super-king Bedroom An equally attractive and comfortable bedroom, with twin beds (3ft wide) that are convertible to a super king size double (6ft wide) upon request, thereby making this room adaptable for all needs. Plenty of wardrobe space. Flat screen TV and digital clock radio with iPod dock.

Spacious bathroom, fully tiled in luxury Travertine marble. Shower cubicle with mains shower, separate bath, toilet and wash basin. Illuminated mirror and plenty of space for toiletries, etc.

Utility Room With washer/dryer, extra storage cupboards and a wash hand basin. This room is perfect for dogs to sleep in at night.

First Floor Description

Stairs lead up to a huge open plan living space, with windows on 3 elevations, providing spectacular views of both the magnificent coastline, with The Farne Islands and Bamburgh Castle centre-frame, and the beautiful Cheviot Hills inland.

Open Plan Lounge/Kitchen/Dining Space The large lounge is very comfortable, with sofas facing a cosy gas-fired ‘wood-burning stove’ fire and flat screen TV. A fully glazed door leads to out to a glazed balcony, where views of the Cheviot Hills.

The luxury kitchen has all the appliances you would expect in a luxury holiday cottage.

Wi-fi is provided however it cannot be guaranteed as it is provided by a third party, so it may go down at times or the speed not be as fast as you may be used to at home, which is outside of the cottage owner’s control. If Wi-Fi is essential for you we recommend you bring your own mobile dongle.
