Outside Description

There are chairs and seating for 10 guests on the patio at the rear of the house along with steamer chairs and comfy seating. The swimming pool is available between May and the end of September. This is within it's own enclosed garden and guests can use this at their own risk. The gym is located in the cartlodge opposite the Hall. Guests are welcome to use at their own risk.

Downstairs Description

Kitchen Large kitchen with Aga, electric hob and oven, dishwasher and sound system. Orangery With table and chairs for ten guests and a sofa. Panelled snug Open fire, television with Sky and BT sports, comfortable seating and a selection of board games. Dining room With table and chairs to seat 12 guests. Sitting room With a wood burning stove and seating for 10 guests. Utility room Back door to the rear garden, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and a butlers sink. Cloakroom With wash basin and WC.

First Floor Description

Master bedroom With super-king size bed and en-suite bathroom with free-standing bath, shower, wash basin and WC. Bedroom two With a king-size bed. Bedroom three With two 3' single beds. Bedroom four With a double bed. Bedroom five With a full size single bed and further pullout single bed on request.

Please be aware that there is a partial moat and a pond at the property which are not fenced off so young children should be supervised.
