Downstairs Description

'The Snug' is based at a lower lower to the beach (but above street level) and enjoys a private terrace with table and chairs.

It is useful living space with a sofa/sofa bed to enjoy, with smart TV and large kitchen area offering a second oven (handy if you’re catering for a large group and there is a wine cooler, washing machine and tumble dryer as well as an additional fridge and separate freezer.

First Floor Description

An open plan lounge-diner, enjoy the breathtaking views of the beach.

Two large sofas and wood-burning stove and large oak dining table can extend to seat 10.

The separate kitchen is modern and very well designed.

The master bedroom is kingsize with a spacious ensuite shower room. This bedroom boasts sea views and a patio door onto the rear decked garden, as does the other kingsize bedroom. The third and fourth bedrooms are both twins.

The main bathroom has a double shower with jets and bath.

Windows Views Description

Floor to ceiling windows from the huge living area plus French Doors from two bedrooms with the same beguiling views of beach and sea.

Other Notes

There are stairs from ground level leading up to the door and building. Dogs are considered with a £50 supplement.
