Small enclosed patio area just outside the kitchen with patio furniture. This leads on to the little village green which guests are welcome to use.

Downstairs Description

On the ground floor on one side of the property, there is the Tour de France bedroom with en suite shower room. There is also an area for hanging coats and storing boots/shoes with underfloor heating. On the other side of the property, there is the serene Heather bedroom with en suite shower room.

First Floor Description

On one side of the property, there are two bedrooms - the Sheep and Meadows rooms. These share the family bathroom and can be made up as either super king or twin. On the other side, there is the lovely Waterfall bedroom with en suite shower room.

Second Floor Description

On the top floor, there is a magnificent open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with cathedral ceilings and cosy wood burner - the perfect place to gather, chat, cook, dine and enjoy a tipple together. There is a stunning solid oak dining table and comfy squishy sofas. Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to rustle up that special meal. TV/DVD and Sound Bar. There's even a wine chiller!

Windows Views Description

From the windows, you can see gorgeous views of upper Swaledale with the river and meadows opposite the cottage. In Spring, you can watch the house martins nesting here.

Other Notes

There is no mobile phone signal at the property, however there is free superfast wifi. Smart phones can be used via the wifi.
