Outside Description

One of the best features of The Old Manse is the beautiful garden which is a great size for kids and dogs to play. It is completely enclosed too (although you never know for the best escape artist!). There is seating outside too with a parasol for shade.

Downstairs Description

The main entrance into a small hallway where muddy boots and coats can be deposited.

The cosy lounge , with a wood-burning stove in a sandstone fireplace. The sofas and armchairs seat a total of 10 guests.

From the end of the lounge you can access the ground floor bedroom and there’s a glazed door leading out to the rear garden.

The dining room is a gorgeous room with a grand inglenook fireplace housing another wood-burning stove. There is ample seating for 11 guests.

The kitchen has all the appliances and kitchenware you need for your holiday. A single door leads out to the patio and on to the garden from here too.

Utility Room with washing machine, tumble dryer and separate WC.

The conservatory is a lovely area to sit in the warmer months to enjoy the garden.

Ground Floor Bedroom is a spacious room, but accessed up 2 steps. It has a twin single beds (3ft wide) that can be converted into a super-king-size upon request . The en suite has a shower cubicle.

First Floor Description

The master bedroom is located at the end of the landing, up 2 steps. Here you will find a very spacious room with windows on 2 elevations and a king size bed (5ft wide).

The second bedroom has twin single beds (3ft wide) and can be pushed together to make a super-king-size (6ft wide). This bedroom a Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Bedroom 3 has 3 single beds (3ft wide), 2 can be made into a super king size bed (6ft wide). This bedroom has an en suite shower room with shower cubicle.

Bedroom 4- has a king size bed (5ft wide) and en suite has a shower cubicle.

Dogs Welcome: Two well-behaved dogs welcome at a charge of £20 per holiday. Three dogs may be accommodated depending upon the breed size, please enquire. Booking Conditions apply. We have a Dog sitting service available upon advance request, please enquire.
Child Friendly: Two babies welcome, with 2 travel cots and highchairs available upon request. Fitted stair gate at the bottom of the stairs and a pressure-fit stair gate available for a bedroom doorway of your choice. Please request when booking.
