Outside Description

The west-facing balcony makes the most of the incredible sunsets we have here in Northumberland, with a silhouette of Warkworth Castle and reflections on the Coquet Estuary looking like it’s on fire sometimes.
There is a private parking space for one car located opposite the entrance to the apartment block under cover. Further shared guest parking is also available within a few yards.

Downstairs Description

Seafarer is located on the third floor (top floor) with level access from the lift.

The living area at Seafarer is open-plan to make the most of the breathtaking view with full length panoramic windows. The beautifully fitted kitchen with granite work surfaces.

The huge windows open onto a North West facing balcony for alfresco dining.

Master Bedroom with en-suite Shower Room A unique feature of this bedroom is the windows on either side of the bed so you can wake up to stunning coastal views.

The luxury en-suite shower room and although there is no provision for a wheelchair in the bathrooms, there is a walk-in shower.

Second Bedroom This equally lovely bedroom is beautifully furnished with a sense of calm in mind. It has a huge window providing a interesting view over the town square.

The second bathroom is adjacent to the second bedroom and is fully tiled and incredibly spacious. The large ‘L-shape’ bath has with an overhead shower.

Other Notes

There are neighbouring building works happening around Coble Quay for the foreseeable future. The beautiful view is completely undisturbed and there are no works happening inside the apartment block,. Whilst neither the owners nor Coquet Cottages have any control over neighbouring building works, as a gesture of goodwill we are offering discounts to compensate for any potential disturbance that may be caused during your holiday.
