With dramatic views of the bay and across the water to St Anthony headland, from both the master bedroom and the living room, Chapel Cottage offers a great vantage point to watch all the waterborne activities in St Mawes. Only moments from the harbour area, this is a very popular position to stay in St Mawes.
Perched above St Mawes harbour, with breath-taking sea views, Chapel Cottage is a perfect spot for exploring the area. A short, steep hill or a set of steps leads you down to the beaches and harbour. From here you can catch the ferry to Falmouth or over to Place and the dramatic St Anthony headland with its sandy beaches and wonderful walks. Just further up the hill you can walk the coast path along the Fal River to St Just in Roseland.
Sleeping up to four in a double and a twin bedroom, Chapel Cottage is a superb terraced cottage with a delightful small sitting area at the front looking out across the bay (perfect for your morning coffee) and an excellent large patio deck to the rear which gets the evening sun. There is also the option to use a round fold down table (seats up to 4) when eating inside.
The beamed sitting room is compact with a large comfy sofa, two easy chairs and a small rectangular table. The beautiful Spanish terracotta floor has underfloor heating. The modern kitchen has painted units, modern Neff appliances, a blue Smeg fridge and white stone work surfaces.
The master bedroom, with a 5ft super comfy bed, looks right out across the bay.
