Outside Description

There is a paved area to the rear (entry side) area with sun loungers and a table.

The main garden is at the beach-facing side of the property and includes a large patio area with loungers and seating, so you can soak up the seaside atmosphere. A low fence separates you from the private residents beach - so you are literally looking directly out to sea. It is a wonderful, peaceful spot.

Downstairs Description

The cottage is all on one level once you walk up exterior steps from the parking (in front of the garage).

Enter via the kitchen and there is a double bedroom immediately to your right.

The next door along to the right is a bunkbed room ideal for children (this room is only opened for larger families and requires a supplement).

Walk through the kitchen to the hallway and there is a bathroom with a bath and shower over to your left, and the final double bedroom straight ahead.

Take the last door to the right and you've reached the main living area - a huge dining lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows offering sea views at the end.

Windows Views Description

Amazing views over the beach and sea from the lounge.

Other Notes

While the property is all at one level inside, there are around 20 steps to reach the front door. These are fairly shallow.
