Downstairs Description

Downstairs is a spacious lounge overlooking the lovely gardens, with comfortable sofas and large TV and DVD player. The large, welcoming kitchen has a breakfast table for informal dining and is well equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of pots and pans.

The kitchen leads to a large conservatory, splendidly set up as a dining room so guests can enjoy meals while taking in views of the garden.

There is a downstairs WC.

First Floor Description

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, full baby cot, and an ensuite shower room.

The second bedroom is also a king, with bags of wardrobe space.

The third bedroom overlooks the rear garden and includes a double bed (plus a sofabed which can be set up for a ninth person / supplement applies).

The fourth bedroom is a twin.

This floor has two further bathrooms - one with a bath and a shower, the other with a bath with shower over.

Windows Views Description

Views over the garden to one side of the house, and over the street at the front.

Other Notes

This is a very family friendly property which has many guests who visit on a yearly basis. It is so well located - five minutes walk from the train station, 10 minutes from the town centre and 10-15 minutes from the beach.
