Outside Description

The delightful and secure walled/ railed garden (east and south facing, so a sun trap for most of the day) is right by the upper pond - ideal for watching the wild ducks and moorhen that come and go.

First Floor Description

A bespoke oak staircase leads to two stunning double bedrooms; Bedroom 1 (the red bedroom) has a great outlook over the pond and Bedroom 2 (blue bedroom) overlooks the back field and has a double 4 Poster. While the ensuite bathrooms are entirely different in character, they are both fitted with double-ended baths with drench showers over.

Dogs Welcome: We welcome well-behaved (that is, quiet, obedient & house-trained!) dogs who bring their own dog blankets.
Child Friendly: They will love the freedom of the environment and the quirky elements. The summer houses which come with the Upper Barn & Granary also provide great ‘play’ spaces.
Tots Travel Bag: We can provide (advance request appreciated):- plastic plates, bowls & beakers, toddler bibs, steriliser, plug-in baby monitor, baby bath, bathtime toys, non-slip bath mat, night light, nappy bin, potty, trainer seat and changing mat.
