In front of the property is a gravel driveway for parking.

Downstairs Description

The Manor House comprises 2 Living Rooms situated opposite each other leading off from the main hall. One of the Living Rooms features a cosy wood burning stove whilst the other contains a period open fireplace, TV with Freeview and DVD.

The Dining room leads off main hall and door connecting to Kitchen.

Well equipped Kitchen with double Aga and separate electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and ironing facilities.

Doors from the main entrance hall and back hall lead to the garden with outside tables and chairs.

Downstairs there is a large Family bedroom situated next to wet room which has a wash basin, heated towel rail, WC and washing machine.

First Floor Description

Upstairs there 2 family bedrooms with separate family bathroom, consisting of bath, wash basin and WC

2 Double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms and another double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom

There is also a King bedroom, with en-suite shower room & WC and a twin bedroom, with en-suite shower room.

Windows Views Description

From the main bedroom with dual aspect windows are views through the trees to the paddocks were the families horses and geese can be seen.

Other Notes

Our barns have beautiful thick walls which are not overly compatible with technology. Stand very steady on the right spot and with a bit of luck you may find a signal.
