Outside Description

Yenworthy Mill has a lovely raised lawned garden to the side of the property with steps leading up from the patio outside the front door. There is a picnic bench which has been placed to take advantage of the fabulous views across the farmland to the coast - the perfect spot for unwinding with a book or dining al fresco! A barbecue is provided.

Downstairs Description

nside the entrance is an area providing space for coats, wellies and walking boots. There is a very large room with a kitchen at one end with a dining table and ten chairs and, at the other end, a double height sitting area with two comfortable sofas and a wood-burning stove. A walk in cupboard houses the washing machine and dryer. Steps from the living room lead to an attractive gallery room where there are three sofas and a large television. There are also three steps up from the living room leading to a corridor containing a downstairs toilet, a double bedroom with an on-suite shower room and a twin bedroom.

First Floor Description

Stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a family bathroom, a twin bedroom and a large double bedroom with an additional set of bunk beds and a cot.

Other Notes

Please note that Yenworthy Mill is situated on a working farm along with two other holiday cottages (each with separate entrances, parking areas and gardens, but a shared drive). There is likely to livestock in the immediate vicinity therefore you must ensure your dog is kept under your control at all times.
