There is parking for two cars on the drive to the side and front of the property.

Downstairs Description

The accommodation comprises a large kitchen-dining room downstairs, two bedrooms - both with double beds and one with en-suite bathroom, plus family bathroom.

The Mill House kitchen is well equipped with all new appliances including fridge, freezer, oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Other equipment includes toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, cookware and a variety of kitchen utensils.

First Floor Description

Upstairs is the sitting room with wood-burner and the third bedroom (twin beds) with en-suite. There is a paved courtyard to the rear of the house with a picnic bench provided.

Windows Views Description

The Mill House is situated in a little hamlet in a small combe. The views from the front of the house look out over the country road outside to the field beyond.

Other Notes

The Mill House is situated in rural area on the outskirts of Exmoor, mobile phone signal may be difficult to obtain but wifi is provided in the property for your convenience.
