Outside Description

The house has a fully enclosed lawned garden with a patio BBQ area and outdoor table and chairs – great for al fresco dining.

Allocated parking is available outside the cottage.

The living area is open plan with modern leather sofas set around a 37” flat screen TV with DVD player and Xbox console. A selection of games are provided. An elegant family dining area seating six is next to the lounge and off the kitchen.

Self-catering essentials in the designer modern kitchen include a built-in oven, a microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a washer/dryer.

First Floor Description

Three generously sized bedrooms have sea views and each has its own 20” flat screen TV. Rooms comprise a double en-suite room with sea views, a second double with a small private balcony overlooking the adjacent golf course and a twin bedroom. There is also a family bathroom with power shower.
