Outside Description

There is a rear garden which is quite steeply terraced with various levels and outstanding views of the harbour from the top level. The steps are steep and not ideal for those with mobility problems. Access to the garden is from the little patio at first floor level. There is exterior furniture and BBQ facilities but guests are advised to bring their own BBQ.

Downstairs Description

Entrance hall, 2 twin rooms, one with 3' beds and one with 2'6" beds, family bathroom with hand held shower only & WC, separate utility room.

First Floor Description

Open plan kitchen dining area leading into a small but comfortable lounge area all with views across the river. Second Floor: Master double bedroom with 5' king sized double bed and en-suite bathroom with over bath shower & WC.
