Outside Description
The pleasant south-facing garden has beautiful views over the valley to the mountains, a delightful beck and a barbecue area which is ideal for watching the sun go down in summer. The garden is regularly visited by wild birds and animals.
Downstairs Description
There is a very large lounge with ample comfortable seating and an open fireplace. Adjacent is the garden room with full-width picture window. The large kitchen/dining room is well-appointed with a range of oak-fronted units .
Next to the kitchen, the dining area has hand-made solid oak furniture seating ten people. Bawd Hall has a separate utility room for wet coats etc, with a washing machine and butler sink. Further drying facilities are available upstairs.
The utility room also has a fridge-freezer. There is ample storage room in the house, including a large understairs area.
There is also a double garage which provides further lockable storage for bikes etc. and houses a table-tennis table.
There is also a downstairs bedroom with a king-size double bed, easy chair and a TV; it has an adjacent bathroom that can be curtained off to form an en-suite. The furniture in this bedroom has been custom-made in solid oak.
First Floor Description
There are four bedrooms upstairs: one double with a four-poster super-king bed, TV/DVD and en-suite bathroom, a second double with a super-king bed and en-suite bathroom, and two rooms with twin beds which can be linked to make super-king doubles and which share the main upstairs bathroom. The two bedrooms suites both have additional seating facilities and much of the furniture has been custom-made in solid oak. There is also an upstairs drying room, with a tumble dryer adjacent to the large airing cupboard, and ample drying space with a traditional clothes airer.
