Pool View residents are welcome to enjoy the garden, where you will find tables and chairs so you can relax next to the river. The garden is a river island that splits the River Stour to feed the mill stream. It has a weir and a notable weeping willow, and you might see swans, kingfishers, herons, and, if you are very lucky, the occasional otter. Take a picnic or a glass of wine down to the weir. Children love playing near the river but need to be supervised.
The comfortable centrally-heated accommodation is on two floors. The living room, separate fully fitted kitchen/dining room, and WC are on the first floor.
