Outside Description

A small patio area to the front of this stylish Cotswold barn has a table, four chairs and a gas barbecue. There is also a lawned area to the rear of the property.

A secure paddock complete with summer house is also available for guests to use and four-legged friends to wander. Little ones need to be accompanied as there is a pond too - superb for bird watching.

Coarse fishing is available at the farm lake: guests will need to bring their own rods.

Downstairs Description

Living room: the original beams add character and highlight the heritage of the building with underfloor heating and a wood burning stove ensuring it’s super toasty throughout the colder months.

Superbly equipped kitchen with dining area alongside the living room – no isolated cooks in this house! This is a super practical space and granite worktops.

Firstly there’s a bright and airy double room complete with drawers, double wardrobe and LCD . Adjacent to this room is a bathroom with over the bath shower, wash basin and WC - we love a tub for soaking after a long country ramble.

There’s also a twin bedded room, each bed with a double duvet. With an en-suite bathroom, bath time blues are banished too.
