Downstairs Description

Separate Bathroom has a bath with hand-held shower attachment, wash basin and mirror. Stairs leading to the upstairs bedroom. Living / Dining Room with a two seater sofa and two arm chairs can be found situated around an open fire. There is also a desk and chair, a SMART television with FreeSat, DVD player and iPod dock. Seating for four around a rustic oak dining table. The fully fitted Kitchen includes an electric oven and induction hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and De Longhi coffee maker. A washing machine and tumble dryer are kept in a separate utility room. The Master Bedroom with en-suite is situated on the ground floor behind the kitchen. It is a large airy space with a Super King size Bed (6’), two bedside tables with lamps, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, iPod dock and full length mirror. The En-suite consists of a shower, wash basin and WC.

First Floor Description

Bedroom Two includes a King size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, desk and chair and an LCD television with FreeSat and dvd player. This room is a fantastically airy space as it dominates the entire first floor. The bathroom for this room is situated on the ground floor.
