Outside Description

The cottage has a fenced and sunny kitchen garden and at the front there is a pretty BBQ area and lots of space to lie around in, with a fun wooded area for kids to enjoy.

Downstairs Description

Downstairs there is a large farmhouse kitchen with a big kitchen range and a big table which is the heart of the house. There is a handy downstairs shower room and a big larder room.

The hall leads through to the spacious sitting room with its beautiful inglenook fire place and round into the large formal dining room. Two staircases lead up to two double bedrooms and one twin.

The 3rd bathroom with a powerful shower is on the ground floor, located next to the kitchen.

First Floor Description

The main staircase is narrow and steep.

To get to the master double bedroom you walk through a single “landing” bedroom with its curtained off bed which provides some privacy, this bedroom is ideal for children. Please note that this room is the main access to the family bathroom.

Woodfarm House has three bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite.
