The entrance door opens into a small hall, with stairs directly up to the first floor.

On the first floor is the kitchen, sitting room, main bathroom, one double bedroom and the king-size master bedroom.

The kitchen is well-equipped with electric cooker and hob, freestanding fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, dishwasher.

Wifi, electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. Central heating is fitted throughout the property and can be adjusted to suit your preferences.

First Floor Description

Upstairs again to the second floor are the two further bedrooms, including the en-suite shower room

Other Notes

Entrance to the property is via a garden side gate with steps immediately down inside the gate, there is a handrail but please take care upon arrival and make sure children are supervised.

There is no outside space at this property. Access to the property is via the car parking area for a local garage.
