Outside Description

There is a private area of garden directly outside the cottage, and a further shared area beyond that (shared with the other holiday cottage next door). There is outside furniture for you to enjoy eating outside in the warmer months. There is ample parking for two cars directly beside the cottage on the gravelled area. This area has double gates to make the cottage gardens and parking area enclosed.

Downstairs Description

There is an open plan living area with dining table and kitchen at one end. There is also a downstairs toilet.

First Floor Description

Upstairs are two bedrooms, one double (king-size bed) and one twin bedroom. The family bathroom is also upstairs.

Windows Views Description

The windows all look out over the garden to the stunning views of the Exmoor countryside beyond.

Other Notes

There is very limited mobile phone signal at Honeycott, however wifi is available at no extra cost. The cottage is situated on a working farm.

Up to 2 dogs are welcome (for £10 per dog) but please note, you are expected to be vigilant and keep your dog under control at all times as there is likely to be livestock in the immediate vicinity on the farm. The farm is also home to 4 working (and very friendly) dogs.
