Outside Description

The front lawn is west-facing which is perfect for afternoon sun, although it’s not enclosed. The enclosed, east-facing rear patio is accessible from the kitchen through the bi-fold doors and which is perfect for capturing the morning sun with a cup of coffee. Furniture style TBC. Parking for 2 large and 1 small car is available on the private driveway.

Downstairs Description

The impressive kitchen is our favourite room of the house, with light spilling into the kitchen through the huge lantern roof light above the island. The dining table seats 6 guests on 3 individual chairs and a long chair seat at the back.

Lounge Framed by a huge west-facing bay window, the cosy lounge has two 3-seater sofas.

Master Bedroom with en suite This spacious room has an equally large west-facing bay window, a king size bed (5ft wide), Smart TV.

Bedroom Two This bedroom has windows on two elevations; north and east, twin single beds that can be converted into a super king upon request (3ft/6ft wide), chest of drawers and Smart TV.
