Dining Kitchen The kitchen has a table and chairs for dining and is well equipped with all the usual appliances, including electric fan oven, electric hob, microwave, integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a glazed feature arch incorporating the door leading directly to a small courtyard, with a bench seat.

Laundry Room Small laundry room with a washer/dryer.

First Floor Description

Master Bedroom A very comfortable and spacious room. King size (5ft wide) bed with luxury mattress and bed linen.

Bedroom Two An equally spacious room with with king-size bed (5ft wide)

A beautiful luxurious family bathroom with a bath and shower over, WC and basin.

Other Notes

There is no significant outside space so dogs must be let out first thing in a morning/last thing at night out of the front of the property, not the back. No large dogs are permitted.

Dogs Welcome: Two well-behaved medium size dogs welcome for a small charge of £20 per dog per holiday.
