Apartment Seven of Willow Court is a sweet, boutique-like little bolthole right in the heart of Llandudno. This makes it possible to enjoy a car-free holiday here, especially as Llandudno also has direct train service to Manchester as well as connections via the London Euston-Holyhead line. This stylish apartment is immaculately presented and has a hotel-like quality to it, such is the comfort and attention to detail.
Despite being in the centre of town, Willow Court is situated on a quieter residential road. You can stroll to the main High Street where you’ll find many shops, bars, cafes and restaurants, but it’s Llandudno’s wonderfully wide and scenic promenade that will first draw your attention. Fronted by an elegant crescent of Victorian buildings and bookended by the limestone headlands of the Great and Little Ormes, there can’t be a more attractive resort in the UK.
Make sure you take time to explore the Great Orme. Its attractions include a cable car to the summit, as well as a tram service, a dry ski-slope and toboggan run, and copper mines reckoned to be the oldest in the world. Whether you wander it or drive it, the Orme is wonderful place to explore. Look out for the Kashmiri goats while you’re there!
