Llwyn Y Gwaew Farm

Llanbedr-y-Cenni, Conwy, Gwynedd, Countryside

lwyn Y Gwaew Farm is most definately a great spot to recharge your batteries. These three delightful cottages are hidden at the end of a private road. No passing traffic here! All three cottages enjoy wonderful views across the Conwy Valley and to the Snowdonia hills beyond. While you’re outside exploring the 30 acres of private land and enjoying those views the only sounds you’re likely to hear are birdsong. The land includes woodlands and ponds, plenty of places for a picnic. The owners live live in the fourth converted barn and will offer you the warmest welcome. On hand to help if needed, but they will respect your privacy as you would theirs.

It may be tucked away in the hills of Conwy county, yet Llwyn Y Gwaew is within easy reach of many of North Wales’ best attractions. You’re just 10 minutes away by car from Bodnant Gardens and its splendid Welsh food centre, and a similar distance from historic Llanwrst and its wonderful arched bridge and tearooms on the river. Betws-y-Coed is a little further afield, as are the coastal honeypot towns of Llandudno and Conwy, frequently appearing on “the best of” lists when it comes to UK resorts and places for independent shops. But you don’t have to go that far for something to eat. Just over the field and down the lane, the Ye Old Bull village pub is welcoming hostelry serving food as well as drinks. This is one of those rare locations where you feel miles away from anything, yet in reality, you are only a few minutes drive to everything you will need !

All three cottages are all a hop, skip and jump from each other, making them perfect for families or friends who want to run across to their neighbours in their slippers! Each cottage has its own dedicated parking spaces and private outside space for a quiet period of 'me time'.
