Outside Description

From the back door located in the 2nd living space/kitchen/diner, you enter onto a large paved area with table and 4 chairs plus parasol. You can see into the Tigers enclosure. then up a few brick stairs to the lawn which has lots of border plants, this backs on to the Ibis bird enclosure, then there is a shingles side return. The garden is a good size, see photos

Downstairs Description

The house is on one level, except for one small step in the kitchen/diner.

You enter into a hallway, that leads into the main living room, then from the living room is the main hallway, two double bedrooms are at the end, and a bathroom, with in-bath shower, toilet and sink, plus another toilet and sink, this leads into a bright large open plan 2nd living room, kitchen/diner. There is a door out onto the patio with table and chairs and garden - the Tigers can be seen from outside the kitchen. The house backs onto Thrigby Wildlife zoo. No other neighbours!

Windows Views Description

The front of the house looks out over the grassed forecourt and out onto fields - the sun sets this side - and we`ve seen some beautiful sunsets! There is a quiet road beyond the shingled/grassed forecourt. The back of the house looks out over the gardens.

Other Notes

The location is very quiet and peaceful and the waste water is off grid, so serviced by a Holding tank, therefore we dont have a washing machine or dishwasher, but hopefully this wont affect your stay.
