Outside Description

There is a garden with table and chairs and loungers etc - obviously there are sea views and sounds as the sea is just below!

Downstairs Description

You walk into an open plan living/dining/kitchen area where there is a large Victorian farmhouse, pine dining table, seating 6 comfortably. There is a fully equipped kitchen to the right with all amenities including a dishwasher. Seaviews of course!

In front of the main living area is the Sun room it has windows all around with wooden blinds - extraordinary sea panoramas of course! - two single beds, which also double as seating areas in the day. This room can be closed off from the main living areas by two wooden bi-fold doors.

To the right of the sitting room area there is an en-suite Double bedroom and bathroom - the bathroom has a bath, sink and toilet.

Turning left from the main living area and through a small hallway with windows and sea views, turn left into the main bathroom which has a Power shower cubicle.

Straight ahead from the hallway is the huge 18 foot long twin bedded room - the beds are 2’6” singles and can also be pushed together to form a 5ft Double.

Windows Views Description

There is a view of the sea from every room - even the toilet if you keep the door open!

Other Notes

You will be required to bring sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers and towels. However we can supply these for up to 6 people for a laundering supplement of £40.00. There is no Wifi at the beach house.

  • Sheringham : is a beautiful and expansive National Trust Park property is almost on our doorstep (a couple of minutes by car or a 10 minute cycle ride). Famed for it’s Rhododendrons (usually at their best in late May), this is a diverse park with both wooded areas, pine forest and open grass areas. Visit website
  • Blickling Hall : Is a magnificent Jacobean house with a garden and park. The Hall is famed for its long gallery, fine tapestries, paintings and rare books. There’s parkland and lakeside walks plus a sunken garden to discover. Reputedly home to the headless ghost of Anne Boleyn. Visit website
  • Holkham Hall : A superb Palladian house and ancestral home of the Earls of Leicester. Set in acres of parkland Holkham Hall has cafes and shops and events all year round. Visit website
  • Cromer Museum: Which was cosy Victorian fisherman’s cottage with recreation of 19th century life in Cromer. It has a geology gallery of amazing fossils found in Norfolk, childrens’ workshops, natural history walks and Victorian Living History days. Visit website
