Outside Description

The rear garden area has stunning views over one of Sovereign Harbour's marina. As well as your main decked area, the garden has steps leading to a grassy verge in front of a private jetty. Sit on the bench by the quay and watch the boats sail past.... This garden is enclosed - handy if bringing your dog (supplement applies/selective basis).

Downstairs Description

This floor has a huge dining kitchen leading to a conservatory with water views, a lounge and a separate dining room. Each of these rooms has patio doors leading on to a decked patio area with outdoor dining set.

There is also a separate utility room, a study, a twin bedroom and a toilet/WC on this level.

First Floor Description

Upstairs you will find a spacious master bedroom suite with super kingsize bed (can be twins), an ensuite bathroom with separate bath and shower, and great views over the marina.

The second bedroom has an ensuite shower room and a super kingsize bed (can be twins), plus water views.

There are three further bedrooms on this level - one kingsize, the other two being twins - plus a family bathroom with bath and separate shower.

Windows Views Description

There are water views from the conservatory, dining room and lounge, plus three of the bedrooms on the first floor.

Other Notes

If you wish to bring a boat, this must be discussed in advance as we will need to contact the marina. Only motorised boats are allowed (no rowing boats/kayaks).
