Outside Description

Outside there is a fully-enclosed pebbled garden with large decked area. Table and chairs, parasol and gas barbecue. Off-road parking for two cars. Secure shed for storage of bikes, sports equipment etc.

Downstairs Description

On the ground floor there is a comfy lounge which has patio doors to garden. A cosy room in which to relax and watch a film, play or enjoy a family meal at the dining table. The lounge has a 40” TV with Freeview and DVD, i-Pod dock, DVD library, toys, family games, puzzles, books, hairdryers, free wi-fi.

There is a small but well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer and microwave to make catering with a family easier. Electric oven and 4-ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/drier (dishwasher and washing tablets provided).

The cottage also has a ground floor cloakroom/ WC

First Floor Description

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with zip-and-link hotel beds (giving the option of one king-size or two 2’6” singles), a wardrobe with hanging space and drawers. Each bedroom has room for a cot.

The slylish bathroom has a bath with thermostatically controlled rain shower (with hand-held rinsing attachment) over, basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Windows Views Description

The back of the cottage looks out onto the garden. The front looks out onto the cul-de-sac in which the cottage is situated.

Dogs Welcome: We welcome every member of your family at Rock Lobster and especially your dog. Dogs love the beach at Camber Sands, in fact we think it’s the best beach in the world, but then we are probably biased.
Child Friendly: There is a selection of toys, games, books and DVDs and beach toys. Both bedrooms have space for a cot and both have black-out blinds at the windows. We set up the cots, bed guards and stair gates before guests arrival exactly how they want them.
Tots Travel Bag: Baby equipment provided includes cots, highchairs, stair gates, steam steriliser, socket covers, baby listening monitor, non-slip bathmat, toddler step, baby books and toys, children's/picnic plastic tableware and beakers and more.

  • The Romney, Hythe And Dymchurch Railway : Is a must, with its marvellous miniature steam engines is a favourite with families. Visit website
