Enter through the beautiful cottage garden to the sitting room has two easy chairs and a sofa/ bed for added flexibility , with an open fire place and oak shelving either side of the chimney breast giving a feature to the room. Toshiba flat panel TV and DVD. The bay window looks out over the garden.

The open plan Kitchen / Dining Room, with glazed front and two roof lights has a sofa and chair offering uninterrupted views across the river Teign. The well equipped kitchen has a double Diplomat cooker, microwave, washing machine,dishwasher and condenser dryer, Belfast sink.

First Floor Description

Stairs leading to Bedroom 1. Single bedroom has a built in wardrobe and a ‘Moriarty bed’( sits in top of chest of drawers) and window overlooking the river Teign.

Bedroom 2. Master en-suite double bedroom, bed side drawers and lamps, built in wardrobe. The en-suite with wc and basin. Windows towards the front and side give panoramic river views.

Bedroom 3.Double bedroom with bedside tables and lamps, built in wardrobe and window overlooking the garden.

Shower room. Large walk in shower with mixer taps, chrome heated towel rail, wc and basin.

Stairs leading to Bedroom 4.Large twin bedroom, bedside lamps, chest of drawers, hanging rail and lime washed eaves and two Dormer windows giving spectacular river views.
