The home is split level with short staircases leading to the living area and master bedroom on the first floor with those cracking views and a Juliet balcony behind some French doors to maximise the view. Rosecare is a quiet hamlet just up the valley from Crackington Haven in the parish of St Gennys, it is a beautiful walk down through the wooded valley to the beach. The Coombe Barton Inn and two cafes are situated next to the car park at the top of the beach and will cater for most tastes. Crackington beach is covered by pebbles at high tide with plenty of rock pools to be explored but as the water recedes it exposes a an expanse of golden sand which is one of the best surf spots in the county and is patrolled by lifeguards during the season. Crackington is equidistant between Widemouth Bay and Bude with a wide variety of restaurants and bars to the north and Boscastle to the south, there are majestic cliffs (Cornwall's highest) just along the coast and some fantastically intriguing rock formations that are well worth a visit!
